Our Chef specializes in creating unique and eclectic food that represent all different types of cuisines. Our Crispy Brussel Sprouts tossed in Korean BBQ are a fan favorite, followed by the Citrus Marinated Chicken with creamy polenta and wilted spinach, you cannot go wrong. Established in 2019. It has been a whirlwind of an opening with Covid turning our world upside down. As we began operations in 2020 we had every intention of opening our catering facility ONLY, saving our restaurant space to be opened at a later date. However once Covid began affecting the amount of people who we could host at a banquet, we quickly pivoted our business plan. With shear force of will and the talented team we have surrounded ourselves with, we were able to opening the “doors” at the V’Randa and begin full dinner service at our outdoor dining facility. Now we are more excited than ever to be bringing the people of Western NY an amazing dining experience every Summer!
