We specialize in utilizing as many local ingredients as we can, but using the French backbone for execution. We offer a fixed menu and also a specials menu with anywhere from four to six specially prepared dishes that stay in constant rotation.Besides the food we have over 70 selections of wine that have been very carefully thought out and selected with attention to great detail.Wine is our forté but we do scotch for fun! We have over 16 selections – one from each classic scotch region – and almost all are single malt. We also have a full bar offering nearly 20 cocktails.Other than the service we provide for our diners at 1910 we have a catering menu set up to take care of any other off site needs you may have! Established in 2015. We started September 1st 2015 in Downtown Lake Charles to be a place where locals can get fresh, clean, real food made from scratch.Our influences come mostly from the New Orleans tradition, and our wine purchaser has deep knowledge of the grape varietals and the regions and climates that they come from.
