We knew our guests wanted their old favorites, but we also saw an opportunity to expand our menu to offer hand cut steaks, fresh fish specials, classic Italian dishes and twists on American favorites all with a SWLA flair. Our goal was to be a great casual to upscale restaurant using the freshest and finest ingredients. We wanted to create great comfort food, using local and regional vendors, providing exceptional service and to become an established landmark in Southwest Louisiana. When one has a choice in Lake Charles for a casual night out or a special event, we want to be that choice.
