With over 20 years in the hair industry, my passion for hair and beauty still grows daily! I specialize in listening and problem solving with each and every client, which is unfortunately overlooked a lot in my industry! I also specialize in creating a more youthful look for my guests through my expertise in french haircutting and hand painted balayage. I believe salons can be very intimidating, and finding a new stylist can be stressful. I make it my mission to make each guest feel like they’re part of our tribe and truly cared about…because they are imprtant which is why my motto is that I create hair, love & happiness! Established in 2009. When entering the industry in 2001, I wanted to make sure to create the experience I was never able to find as a client. Overall the thing we all crave from a stylist is to feel listened to and understood as a person. Its my mission to make sure I create a safe space for honesty, input, and dialogue when discussing what each client wants to accomplish or see w/ their hair. Its important that I listen to them, then explain what I interpret that as, then suggest what I think will be best for them after also factoring styling, lifestyle, and what will enhance their features. I started my career with Gene Juarez as a Designer after attending their beauty school and advanced training. I received extensive training in the French cutting method, and was even lucky enough to become an updo educator for them. In 2009 I decided to go on my own and was able to be part of the core artists who started Lux Salon and Spa. I was even lucky enough to become a KMS educator! Now its the next chapter!
