With a combined experience of 40 plus years, Ernie and Megan are a father daughter team. They pride themselves on bringing you the best possible experience, as well as the latest in trend, style, and color. When not in the salon, they are proud to be a part of the education team for Alterna.Ernie found his passion to the hair industry early in his career. He worked with multiple companies from Logics, Matrix and Clariol. For 30 plus years, he has had educated and launched color lines from California to London and is now part of Alterna hair care education team.Megan has grown up in the industry following in her fathers footsteps. While in school she traveled to hair shows to watch and learn from her fathers international platform work. Megan has 10 plus years of experience and is now part of Alterna’s Creative Team doing her own national educating and platform work. Her recent work taking her from California to fashion week in NYC.
