When we were introduced to Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids – it was a natural fit for our Family. To make a long story short, we wanted to find a business that would bring joy to children and at the same time provide a service to parents. We provide a comforting, fun environment for children to receive a haircut. Noise and laughter is encouraged in our salon!We chose Perry Hall because of the families, tight knit neighborhoods and strong sense of community that exists in the Perry Hall White Marsh corridor. The community still has a front porch feeling on a weekend.
