At 5280 Burger Bar, we make everything in house, from the buns to the sauces, even the Ketchup and the American Cheese. We also make 16 flavors of ice cream for our separate Ice Cream Shop! Established in 2017. We opened the first 5280 Burger Bar in 2014 in Downtown Denver. That location is Denver’s busiest burger joint and has done great. With that in mind, we decided to grow to a suburban location and opened our second store here in Westminster.
