Established in 2015. In 2014 Chef Claudia founded From Scratch to deliver fresh, homemade dinners to Ridgewood and the surrounding towns. She wanted to expand her offerings, and so opened the franchise Italia di Gusto to provide customers with fine Italian products that compliment what she was already doing. Together, From Scratch & Italia di Gusto are a unique grocery bistro where you feel like you are entering Italy when you walk through the door.
