We feature 25 Gourmet Burgers. We use Painted Hills fresh ALL Natural Ground Chuck. Grass fed, no anti biotics, no hormones. We add fresh baked buns from the Couer ‘d Alene Bread Baking Co. in Kent, Tillamook Cheese, fresh produce from local farms, and house made sauces. We are not your typical sit down restaurant and sometimes that can disappoint. Our goal is to utilize the best attributes of fast food as well as fine dining. You order at the front counter. You can leave your tab open or close it and be done. Once you find a table, service continues. We deliver your food, beer, wine, cocktail, and/or dessert to your table. You do not have a server, but instead the whole restaurant is responsible for your service. Ever wonder where your waiter went. Not here. Each table has a “Service Alert” sign. It’s service on demand. We will usually be at your table in 30 seconds. The restaurant is warm and inviting and often very busy. Our sports lounge seats 28, is full service, & has 4 HD TV’s Established in 2007. We opened our second Blazing onion in July of 2008 in Snohomish, WA.
