Asadero Prime, started due to the frustration of not having a good asadero style taqueria in the region , to be honest in the whole west coast are very rare or non existent , asadero means that everything should be grilled over flame to obtain that unique mesquite charr ,everybody sells “asada” but in fact is bistec cooked over flat iron , the Orozco family teamed up and created a new project with the compromise of selling the best quality steaks with a Mexican touch in casual environment and accesible prices so everybody could enjoy a real Mexican carne asada .
