Our grill takes center stage, used to prepare many items on the well-rounded menu that includes grilled steaks and chops, seasonal fresh fish, sandwiches, hamburgers and salads – all served with sauces, dressings and sides prepared in-house. House specialties include chicken parmesan, roasted prime rib, baby back ribs, jumbo lump crab cakes, and the wildly-popular flatbreads. Daily features offer a changing menu of soup, salads, sandwiches, sushi, entrées and dessert selections. Established in 2006. Palm Beach will soon be home to BrickTop’s, a rapidly expanding restaurant company offering indoor and outdoor dining, a full service bar and a menu of classic all-American favorites. Marking its eighth restaurant in eight years, BrickTop’s will open in early January on the corner of South County Road and Peruvian Way.
