DÉJÀ BLUE is a family owned European-style Restaurant and Bar Lounge offering authentic, freshly prepared, Italian, Greek, French, Spanish, North African and Middle Eastern cuisine in a Multi-Ethnic casual-chic atmosphere. Established in 2017. We fell in love with Parkland!In 2008, we discovered an unfinished, abandoned commercial space, away from the crowd and foolishness of the City. However, from a business prospective, the timing was not right. University Drive was not yet connected to Loxahatchee Rd and the economic crisis hit the area. It was a diamond in the rough.Today, we are serving our community with a concept where anyone can enjoy a fresh and healthy culinary experience in a relaxing casual-chic atmosphere.Our recipes have been passed by our family, and are made daily, if not to order. We proudly offer specialties and wonderful dishes from the French Riviera, traditional delicacy from Spain.
