Hand Crafted Pizza and Calazones, fresh organic (in season) salads and gourmet paninis, piadines and sandwiches, dough, dressings, desserts all made in house. Beer and Wine Established in 2004. Blue Highway pizza and the Gainesville/Ocala area were made for each other, and while it was pretty scary to start a small “Mom and Pop” restaurant in a town of 600, we have not regretted a single moment of our mid-life adventure. We have loved (almost) every minute of living and working in this beautiful area. This has truly been a family affair: our adult children have been and are an integral part of our growing business
