Bulla Gastrobar is a fun casual gathering place inspired by the most popular tapas restaurants in Spain. It is the brainchild of the former owner of Por Fin, Carlos Centurion. Much like those famous gastrobars in Spain, the bar at Bulla is the center of attraction, but the emphasis is on quality gastronomic creations. The building has undergone a complete transformation from what was once the popular Spanish fine dining restaurant in Coral Gables, to a more casual style concept featuring a new central bar on the first floor, booth seating throughout, communal tables, exposed kitchen seating, private dining rooms and an expanded upstairs patio with sofa seating. While Por Fin always had excellent reviews and a loyal following, owner Carlos Centurion’s vision of a more casual tapas-style restaurant is now becoming a reality at Bulla.
