From bright herbs to French influences, Soall Viet Kitchen draws from the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam. We are refreshing Vietnamese traditions. Established in 2011. Best friends of many years, Sa Nguyen and Mia Lunt began with a vision to introduce the unique flavors of their Vietnamese cooking to the coastal town of Marblehead. Since then, Soall has evolved to become a destination for diners around the the North Shore area and beyond with the addition of Executive Chef Rachel Miller, an alum of Boston’s Clio and Bondir.
