Established in 2021. Our family was one of many in Hawaii who were impacted by the pandemic. We suffered job loss at a time where we were expecting our first child. We decided that we no longer wanted to have our ability to earn an income at the hands of someone else, and so we made the decision to bring a life long dream to life. We purchased and gutted a small tour bus/handi-van, gutted it and began building our mobile kitchen. Our business officially launched in August of 2022 where we hit the road and began serving customers. We are so excited to share our love of Mac n’ Cheese with our community.
