Named after his late mother-in-law, Bertha, Chef Jose incorporates his culinary expertise represented by both the professional and personal aspects of his career. Whether enjoying the house-made Abeula’s Chicken entree or a hand-crafted cocktail from the bar, Chef Jose provides his outstanding cuisine accompanied by the relaxing atmosphere of dinner with family.
