Here at Busias I offer Homemade Pierogi with over 25 varieties to choose from, 12 traditional flavors along with 12 specialty flavors and I Create a monthly flavor each month exploring flavors from around the world. One of the things I pride myself on is my dough which was my Busias (grandmothers) recipe and is almost a 100 years old along with all the wholesome ingredients I tuck inside each little pocket of dough.
