Located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado, the newly renovated Ace Gillett’s is an underground cocktail music lounge that touts rich history, live music, forward-thinking classic cocktails and familiar comfort. A secluded enclave under the boutique Armstrong Hotel, our space is representative of its namesake, a prominent fixture in Fort Collins’ history of hospitality. Celebrating a bygone era of convivial service in a welcoming, cozy atmosphere, we’re proud to serve perfectly executed shareable plates and small bites to complement handcrafted cocktails, curated in partnership with Proprietors LLC, experts in the cocktail industry and the minds behind both acclaimed New York and Denver Death & Co outposts. Our 3,000 sq. ft. space includes intimate bar and table seating, an extensive vinyl record collection and space for live performances and dancing, and a private dining space for small groups and events.
