Casual American Grill with Signature Items ranging from The Moonshiner Sirloin to STG Shrimp and Grits to Sumadem Wangs. In addition to Signature Items, we offer a nice range of Sandwiches and Wraps. Established in 2011. Opened in 2011 whose premise is to build it’s menu offering around the requests of the customers that STG services. Each Quarter, we offer a Local Flavor Menu where folks suggest menu items that we offer on a temporary basis (3 months). If they sell well, we add them to the permanent menu. Ultimately, the menu is to be designed solely around our customers and their requests.
