Locally owned and operated for over 7 years, 1618 is proud of their product, services and support of their community. Established in 2004. Sparked by the talents of Chef George C Neal III, Peter Hamilton and John Drees decided to open 1618 Seafood Grille in close proximity to their original venture, the well known Southern Lights Bistro. In 2010 after deciding to relocate the Southern Lights Bistro, Chef Neal and Front of House manager Nick Wyatt purchased 1618 Seafood Grille from Drees & Hamilton. You will see Nick & George on a nightly basis working at the restaurant.
