We are a local, family-owned Chinese restaurant in the heart of Gaslight Village. Our specialties cover traditional Chinese-American cuisines that pairs with any time of the day, any season of the year. During weekends we serve some traditional Vietnamese dishes, including Beef Pho, Grilled Pork over Vermicelli and Singapore Noodles. Last but not least, be sure to try one of our fruit smoothies – they are made from fresh fruits and Vietnamese yogurt! Established in 2019. Gaslight Kitchen came from an opportunity to bring modern Chinese-American flavors to East Grand Rapids. With the surrounding area operating as their own little family, the owner and his family wanted to share their culinary art with the residents. They are looking to building a new history with the town, as well as becoming part of the Gaslight Village community.
