Elly’s specializes in making everyday a memorable one. Elly’s is run by three bartenders and managers with decades of experience showing bar patrons a great time. Our homemade recipes, such as our Signature Roast Beef Sandwich and our Hand-Breaded Fish Sandwiches are beyond parallel. Come for the specialty drinks such as the famous “Kelly Bombs” and stay for the delicious food and great vibes. Established in 2020. Elly’s was opened in 2020 and takes the places of the former “Rover’s Bar” in its location. We are owned and operated by (husband and wife), John and Kelly, and Shelly, the third owner, their long time friend and co-worker. The three have decades of bar and restaurant experience and are excited to be the go to place in Carnegie, Pa for locals to come and have a great time while eating great food!
