Ah-Ha! Noodles is a fast-casual dining restaurant that features the favorite noodle dishes of Northern China. Create your own Ah-Ha! Bowl by selecting noodle type, broth, and protein. Select from Ramen, Udon, Vermicelli (rice), or Egg Noodles. The menu also has other Chinese favorites such as wontons, tea leaf flavored eggs, spring rolls and more. Established in 2018. AhHa Noodles is an authentic North Chinese fast casual noodle restaurant that opened November 1st, 2018. The first restaurant opened in the Laurel Park Place Mall near the Phoenix Theatre. The company plans to expand to other locations once the model has been established and proven out.
